What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with precious metals such as 18ct and Sterling Silver sourced responsibly from trusted partners. Every material is chosen for its exceptional quality and ethical integrity.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Absolutely. We welcome bespoke commissions for those seeking a truly personal creation. Please contact us to discuss your vision, preferred materials, and timeline.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed during the check-out process please contact us first and we are happy to help.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, deliveries within the EU usually arrive within 3–7 business days, and to the UK within 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Orders within the EU include all applicable VAT and duties.

For deliveries to the UK and other international locations, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. Should you have any questions regarding customs and/or import fees please contact us before you place your order.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Each piece is presented in our signature gift box and protective packaging — discreetly and securely wrapped, fully insured during transit..


Returns

Do you accept returns?

As each piece is handmade to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Can I exchange my piece?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges at this point.

What if my jewellery is damaged on arrival?

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and item so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Fine jewellery should be treated with care:

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.

• Remove your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

• Store each piece in its box or pouch to prevent scratches.

Do you offer cleaning or repair services?

Yes. We provide professional cleaning, polishing, and repair services for our creations. Contact us for an assessment and quote.

Ordering & Production

How long does it take to create my piece?

Each piece is made to order and requires approximately 2–4 weeks for completion. Custom commissions may take longer depending on complexity and material availability.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, we regret that modifications are no longer possible.

Do you carry stock?

Our collections are crafted upon order to honour sustainable craftsmanship. However, select signature designs may occasionally be available for immediate shipping.
