The Oneira World
Oneira Studio was born in Athens, where myth and modern life blur at the edges.
The name comes from the Greek Oneira, meaning dreams. It speaks to the space between what is real and what is imagined.
Each piece begins as a single strand of filigree wire, drawn and shaped by hand. This thread is both material and metaphor, inspired by the story of Ariadne, who offered her thread as a guide through the labyrinth.
For Oneira, that thread becomes a symbol of creation, connection, and return.
A reminder that we are always shaping our own way through.
Through this process, ancient myth takes on a modern form: sculptural, minimal, quietly powerful.
Jewellery that carries story, not status.
The Journey
Founded by London-born jeweller Gemma Miller, Oneira grew from a fascination with myth, memory, and the beauty of what endures.
In Athens, surrounded by marble, salt, and story, Gemma discovered filigree not as a relic of the past but as a living thread.
Each strand is drawn, twisted, and soldered by hand.
It becomes a gesture of patience, strength, and renewal.
Through this process, mythology meets modern design.
Deliberate. Balanced. Alive.
Jewellery that carries the maker’s touch within its form.
Modern Relics
Oneira Studio reimagines ancient symbolism for the present day.
Each piece is a modern relic: an object of quiet strength and reflection, made to hold meaning.
They belong to those who find beauty in the in-between,
between light and shadow, myth and memory, dream and material.
Every design becomes part of a larger story,
shaped by the person who wears it.
This is where story becomes form.
Where the thread continues.
